AdriansHub.com is a few days apart from reaching nine months since its launch, and we are also in a short intermezzo with our contest. Seems like a good time to have a little sum up.
Those who have been with us for a while probably have noticed Adrian’s Hub… evolved. Not spectacularly, but it’s happening continuously. And we don’t hide anything. A simple look here or here and my emails is our prove for that.
Evolution is a quality I highly prize in any product, because that means the owner(s) care enough about their customers to constantly improve their product. At the same time, I think communication is the key. If your customers don’t know you’ve improved a product or even that you’re about to do that, who will benefit from the new features? On the other hand, if you don’t know what your customers (members, subscribers) think, how do you know you’re going in the right direction? So, I follow this path with AdriansHub.com. Improve it, keep subscribers in the loop with what I’m doing and try to get feedback as much as possible.
One component I’ll continue to build upon on our site is the rewards system. I strongly believe rewarding action takers and commitment is a win-win scenario. Not the rewards themselves, but the commitment and focusing required to receive them will bring the most value! To this day, almost nine months since our launch, Adrian’s Hub has
- paid out or reserved until PayPal address is received $181 cash in our contest (and drawings in the first few months)
- distributed hundreds of thousands of CTP XP in special events
- offered special bonuses to our subscribers and our contest winners
