Quality of Service
We are making efforts to assure a quality service for AdriansHub.com in terms of availability and overall speed. Occasionally, updates or maintenance to the live site might make it unavailable for a short period of time (usually a matter of minutes). If we have a scheduled maintenance that requires a longer time to complete (more than an hour), we will send a notification via newsletter and post a notice on the homepage in advance.
A number of unforeseen events can impair the service quality for a shorter or longer period of time, including, but not limited to
– downtime at the hosting (we have an excellent hosting provider though)
– power failures
– various forms of abuse
To prevent possible data loss, we have regular backups, kept redundantly.
Managing Your Subscription at AdriansHub.com
There are two communication means we use at AdriansHub.com.
AdriansHub.com newsletter is managed via an autoresponder service. Although highly recommended to stay subscribed to our newsletter, you can choose to unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any newsletter.
The admin notifications are used to send individual emails for informational purposes. There are certain degrees of severity to these emails. You can also choose to filter out the notification emails you receive based on their severity from your profile at Adrian’s Hub.
You will also receive a notification email every time a member contacts you using our internal communication system. If you don’t want to receive these emails, they can be disabled from your profile.
Members using our internal messaging system to spam will, depending on the severity of their actions, receive a warning, be disallowed to send any more messages or have their Private Hub accounts terminated.
Private Hub Account Termination
You can choose to terminate your Private Hub account. Your history with Adrian’s Hub (reward claims, affiliate logs, purchase balance log, commissions log, internal messages, etc.), your cash balances (in purchase balance and pending commissions), your tokens, your referrals, your remaining upgrade or other unused bonuses, your positions in contests and on VIP ladder, as well as your account future usability can be irrevocably terminated by deleting your account.
Please note that your newsletter subscription is managed separately. If you want to unsubscribe from Adrian’s Hub newsletter as well, you need to do so by choosing to unsubscribe from the bottom of one of the received newsletters.
Any subscriber trying to abuse the site in any way may have their Private Hub account terminated. You may also be restricted to create a new account.
We are opened to clarify any misunderstanding that might arise from the use of our site. For that, please contact support. However, in the event of a dispute, AdriansHub.com decision is final.
Scams and Advertising Claims
AdriansHub.com tries to recommend only programs we believe in at the time of listing (posting). However, we cannot possibly verify the advertising claims. Be careful when you purchase online services or enter personal information to various sites.
AdriansHub.com includes links to other websites and is not responsible for the content of these sites nor can control it in any way.
I may receive compensation either in the form of paid advertising or commissions for the products and services that are displayed on Adrian’s Hub.
The opinions on my blog, even if they refer to programs which I may receive commissions from, are my own at the time of posting. My opinions may change or evolve in time as I learn new things.
Changes to the Terms of Service
We reserve the right to change this terms of service at any time, without any prior notice. You will see the last modification date of these terms below. In the event of major changes (not including additions due to site development), we will announce it on the homepage and/or a newsletter.
